Returns & exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, hygienic protection, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEMS

All items are inspected before being shipped to ensure that the highest quality garments are being sent to you.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty upon arrival or you received an incorrect item, please send us an email to contact@lovina-swimwear.com within 48 hours since your order was delivered, including your order number and a picture of the damage area or the incorrect item. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Items damaged as a result of improper care of the garment are not considered manufacturing defects.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COST

If the customer received the wrong item, or if there is manufacturing defects, the return shipping costs will be covered by Lovina Swimwear.

Otherwise , return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and will be deducted from the final refund amount. Customers are required to cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable. Moreover, if the customer benefited from free shipping on their initial order, the initial shipping cost will also be deducted from the final refund amount.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
