Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy , which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, hygiene protection, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package.

Any item returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR ORDER ERRORS

All our items are carefully checked before shipping to ensure the best quality.

In the unlikely event that an item is defective upon receipt or you have received an incorrect item, please email us at contact@lovina-swimwear.com within 48 hours of delivery, stating your order number and attaching a photo of the damaged area or the item received in error.

We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Damage resulting from improper care of the garment is not considered a manufacturing defect.

RETURN COSTS


If you have received an incorrect item or one with a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs will be covered by Lovina Swimwear.

In other cases, return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total amount refunded.


Please note that initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

Additionally, if you received free delivery when ordering, the actual delivery costs will also be deducted from the refund amount.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new separate order for the desired item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will confirm whether the refund is approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund after it is issued.
